  1.  @pavelshliaha1706  a great deal of that rational active investing is likely done by large banks or high frequency traders using the power of their computers and algorithm trading to trade on information quickly. This might be one reason it seems new information is incorporated into stock prices very quickly. There’s not much left for the rest of us.
