  2. You can actually invest like Buffet using index funds. Buffets returns have been explained in the context of EMH. You only need to tilt towards value (overweight value stocks within a broadly diversified portfolio using value indexes) and invest with leverage and remain invested long term.

  3. Dollar cost averaging is just another form of market timing. The evidence, at least on the aggregate, doesn’t support it and you’re better off investing what you have budgeted to invest as early as you can. If you’re worried about investing at the top and it’s stopping you from investing then sure go for it as being invested is better than not being invested. but on the aggregate people who follow this practice arnt expected to do as well as those who invest their capital earlier.
