  4. thats the only option left. the median income is far removed from median home price. so you will need to partner up with 3+ people just to pool enough money together to buy ahouse.

  6. there are other issues to housing cost. we don't build fast enough or people are all fixated on the single family type houses... im sorry but those take up way too much space. even in california their idea of building 4 units to one lot is still not enough. so we have more people than before and it's not going to stop. we don't build fast enough. we also can't build affordable due to material financing and labor cost being more expensive. nor are we building apartment style housing tall enough. i mean look at asia they build their apartment rises 20-40 storeis high and they still have expensive housing because their cities are packed like sardines. america isn't even packed in like sardines and our housing is already very high. so the easiest would be to shrink the population
