It took the destruction of most of the induvial world before nuclear weapons used on Japan signaled a temporary long pause in the matter. Now your seeing a rerun of the early 20th century. Instead of a declining British Empire vs Germany a declining American Empire is on full display. A fear of China now grips the capitalist world.
