@TheImperatorKnight No ones has created an industrial society without state control. Capitalism is based in nation states. The need for a state arose with agriculture, the division of labor and the cleavage into classes.. Groups of hunter gathers searching for food don't need to protect the surplus of food created by agriculture on land in a specific place. You can't get rid of the state because the capitalist need it to defend their control of the surplus value of production. Any theory that requires private property is going to require a state. Get rid of private property and you get rid of the requirement for a state but not necessarily the need for a new one. The use of state power was just one of the disagreements that broke out after Lenin's death. .
