  13. ​ @kellysouter4381  That won't stop them. The purpose of the 15 minute zones is to prevent people gathering to protest when they discover how poor and hungry they'll be under net zero. No reason it can't be done in outer suburbs. Close the roads, stop public transport. Done. Covid was a trial run.
