This is so misleading because for one anybody who had a mortgage before the rates went up have the same mortgage unless you're in a subprime loan with a variable mortgage so that's dishonest I mean I was so sick of these people trying to have conversations put in the mountain to public when they don't even know what they're talking about mortgages are a joke in the first place and your home with the mortgage is not an assest it's a major liability until the day you pay it off and if u owe student debt forget buying a house pay down your loans save some chunks of money then buy a house A home should be something that you decide to do after you've already become financially educated at least have learned how to work on your credit score learn how to save money and not touch it you know create some credit and start building your credit and managing responsibly your credit when you're young at least 4 the 1st 5 to 10 years where you have a handle on it then maybe buy a home but if you think you're gonna buy a home and manage all that when you don't even know how to manage your own checking account credit cards financial stupid art financial stability Then you're gonna be shooting yourself in the foot from the beginning Stop wanting things and start wanting education and knowledge that's gonna get you things long lasting in the future
