The law is that they take your weapons if you are doing something that is bizarre or shooting off your gun and you're mad and the neighborhood they are going to take your weapons if you are beating your wife and you have weapons in the house they're going to take your weapons and then after you go to court and if you're found not guilty then they give you your weapons back and if you're found guilty of a felony then they revoke your gun permit they also do this when they raid crack houses and Drug houses and prostitution Rings they confiscate all weapons I don't understand what the big problem is this is already the law

If you're drunk and shooting off your firearm in the neighborhood they are going to take your weapons and then when you go to court then it's decided if you're going to be charged and then are you going to get your gun back or not I mean this is already the law I don't understand what the big deal is

  3. Don knows that when people are misuse of firearms their guns are taken they don't say okay I'm giving you a ticket for misuse of firearms but will wait till you go to court and then we'll take your gun if you're found guilty it does not work that way I don't understand why Don is saying this
