Seriously how is that possible Did anyone call 911 to report the officers conduct dispatch could of stopped.this He already had past issues and if anyone would of called and theyd probably already know and they could call.the other officer too and order them to stop him almost 9 minutes no one called no one got the missing video part either All ran ny.the demacrates
