Bull any intelligent person should know if you live close to any Waterway a River, Creek Runoff etc Flooding not covered with Basic insurance! Some insurance companies will not cover you within a certain area called a Flood Zone as a Kid Near Missouri River no company would cover for a Flood! Not the Insurance company Fault its the place you chose to live!
