  2. I don't know what incidents you are talking about, but remember Army is not a civilian administration organization and that is why they need AFSPA. No one in their right mind even in the mainland india is going to implement ARMY governance over civilian under normal circumstances. And unless there is violence, the army will not want to be involved either. My sympathy with the Naga people, who had a dream of a separate nation, but believe me it's not a possibility now, in justices of war and insurgency cannot be undone or ignored but don't use past as a road block for future's progress.
