  2. @Kaushal Batavia 3 months is standard , company is not a charity. Honda is paying 1 yr which is extremely generous. Private company works on extremely thin margins and Honda was in loss for some time. And even if they were well off ,a private company should only compensate for profitable ventures. If they have 20 yrs of experience and had developed desirable skills, then they will be choosen over young foks in any industry. But if they had given no effort in personal development then they will remain unemployed, which they deserve.
