  2. It's not possible. I loved him but this can't be done. I think he has lost his mental balance by seeing all those migrants coming home, and realising that there will be a political pushback. In UP Due to lack of Infrastructure, expensive electricity and expensive transportation. There is going to be no private industry that will ever invest here. I my self being from East UP migrant family that grew up in Mumbai.

  7.  @krishnarajagopalan528  Not in a democracy, if we want to have manufacturing stronghold we need to compete with the one having majority market share ie CHINA. And unlike China we are a dysfunctional democracy, where even laying railway lines for goods train which should ideally take no more than a year takes a decade. In China if a domestic person sets an industry, the electricity, inexpensive loan and land is free. But in india It's the opposite. We will be a slave exporting state for ever, most of our bright minds have alredy left and no one sees a future in UP. The only industries we have in india are because we have banned their imports or have a very high tarrif, even Bangladesh is beating india in garment exports. I feel like crying when I say this IT'S SAD BUT TRUE

  10.  @ashwinn1987  They can't tho, these migrants left because there was no jobs in UP bihar in the first place. How will they achieve, it now when the global economy is in recession when they couldn't when the economy was booming.
