  1.  @ChaiKaPyala  so it makes sense , why would you pray for long life of your husband if he is dead ? but you can still pray for long life of your children, like jivitputrika. i have seen widows invited to festivals, but this video shows like they are burned in a fire , it's misleading

  2. white Saari and lack of jewelery is a practice, but not welcoming in celebrations and occasions is never heard of what if my grandfather passes away, i won't invite my grandmother ? ..... ridiculous

  3.  @ChaiKaPyala  Festivals are particular about what they are worshipping for. It's either husband or child, not both. And yesh a widows has nothing to do on karva chauth,so why she should be invited?
