  4.  Saurav Singh  It is now anyways, all our electronics on which the entire service sectors of our economy is based already comes from china, if we had signed RCEP at least we could compete in other fields of manufacturing. Trust me ,if china wants to destroy india,they don't have to attack us, they just have to make shure that none of their electronics is sold in india and we will be finished.
