  1.  Nom Anor  That's not true, it's the upper class the 0.1 % of the graduate aspire to go US and fewer make it. The 99.99 % of graduates stay in india and the non-graduates need jobs in india for which a Chinese or Vietnam styled system is needed.

  3.  @DipakBose-bq1vv  I have been to Vietnam and Japan, and unlike you i have seen the underbelly of both the countries. And no, other than a regular painting job that the population does like a festival there is noting significant other than a dictatorship
