  2. Sure let us have voter id that allows one to register in one place for all elections local, state and federal. It should be implemented over a 10 year period with the government paying all costs. Also the government offering easy door to door solutions for people with paperwork issues. A solution for people who do not have birth certificates etc. After the 10 years voter ID would be required to register. With part of the deal being vote by mail nationally for all elections after the 10 years.
