  9. The last point was idiotic. Responsible fishers should not take over. To continue, a supply of cheap fish. The Chinese are overfishing, and destroying habitat. To a lesser degree, others are overfishing too. The only way, to prevent a collapse of fish stocks. Is less fishing, by everyone. You didn’t mention the krill fishery, taking food from the whales. Or the Antarctic fishery.

When the allies were exhausted. The USA with its new found power. Was able to make the difference in liberating most of Asia, and a lot of Europe. Did they keep any of those places for themselves? Or, did they help in reconstruction, and established safe worldwide shipping. Don’t tell me about military bases. If the host country wants them gone, they will leave. If China sets up a military base in your country, it’s game over.

  51. Oh boy. There is a lot of family trauma. Still left over, from Mao’s great purges, and tearing down the culture. I’m in Canada, at 50 married a divorced Chinese woman with a son. Brian has grown up, and is doing quite well. He is great, we get along like family should. My wife is so full of anger, she doesn’t want any physical attention. When I say, give me your energy, she says she is scared, and wants to bite and scratch. The first 13 years were rough. This last year, I got really honest with her, about paying for everything, and needing connection. To give her credit, she listened. She is really trying now, and we have made a lot of progress.
