  4.  @BlueSkys77  - Read the criminal indictments -- they are public and there is plenty of evidence that grand juries looked at when they recommended charges. Also, he has already been found liable for defamation and sexual battery (defined as rape by the judge) in the NY, E. Jean Carroll case and has been found liable for fraud now in the NY case. He has lost and settled other cases in the past like Trump University, etc.

  5.  @BlueSkys77  - In Colorado, even though the judge wouldn't take him off the ballot, she did rule that he "engaged in insurrection" by Incitement on Jan 6.
