  1. Russia wants to negotiate, but Ukraine is not capable of it. The Ukrainian delegation promises a lot during the negotiations, but then refuses all agreements. The Western masters forbid Ukraine to conclude a peace treaty.

  3.  @saladmcjones7798  do you live on the moon? The US and NATO intervened and destroyed dozens of countries. The West has been expanding and destroying Ukraine since 2013. Ukraine was a great country before the Western "help".
