  1. Can someone tell me WTF is the reason an intelligent human would live in a FLAT open plain that's susceptible to hurricanes year after year, not gonna stop ever, state? I mean they makin MILLIONS? Hurricane Insurance must be a bitch. Cheaper to build a storm cellar/gopher hole? May as well move to israhell where you need a bomb shelter. In the right location one normal house is good.
