  1. This is nothing new. I remember shit like this happening my whole life. I'm 65. There were floods when I was 5, earthquakes when I was 3. Forest fires and Smokey Bear. Hell we had 'Duck and Cover'. Every year since there's been something somewhere. Only difference? is MEDIA HYPE!!! and the internet.

  2. @Lumby, it's a big fucking world by topography. It's small by internet. Driving across the isa ain't no video clip in reality. Pollution does not cover the planet. There are places on earth UNTOUCHED by man. There's a virgin forest on my land no human has ever set foot on. It's only polluted around human activity. Travel, there's lots of space and places that are pristine.

  3. You CHOOSE to live on a flood plane don't be surprised when the water comes. The whole Mississippi river BASIN is all subject to flooding. Bad location to plant roots. Geography 101. But then most the people who live there drop out if high school.
