  1. Don't wait on the gov. for ANY deal green or otherwise. YOU are on your own. Pick a spot where climate change won't effect you. Don't live next to the sea shore, a river, on a flood plane, in a desert or in a canyon. KNOW what the topography around you CAN DO. Don't live under a hill/mountain side behind your house, don't live on top of a cliff because it has an ocean view. Didn't you ever go camping in the wild and have to pick a spot to camp? My god this country needs free education, free college, free skills schools. Or, keep floating down the river.
