Don't these people have home waterfliters? Reverse osmosis? Charcol cylinders? String filters? Micron filters? We filter our water, but it comes from the sky not the ground through metal pipes.

@amiaswolfgang Really? That's too bad for them that they rely on the gov. for water. In fact that's insanely stupid. Whatever the gov. control is done poorly. EVERYTHING they do makes things worse, first. I would never get water from a city. We get it FREE from nature, like the air we breathe. Cities will be charging for air next.

@tommier5210 you people are too dumb to live. I collect water from my roof, goes into a 5K tank, I pump it through filters to use it. COMMON SENSE. Third World Countries do it. YOU TUBE shows you how if you're braindead. People are just too stupid and lazy. Hey could be the lead.
