  1. About auto stop/start and idling in general. People complain about high gas prices. People look for high MPG ratings when shopping for a car. When your car idles, what MPG are you getting in an ICE vehicle? Zero MPG!

  2. I like the auto stop/start. My Prius seamlessly shuts off the engine at a stoplight, then starts off on battery power. It works great. The only time I ever had a problem with it was on my first Prius. That was the first time I ever drove a hybrid car. Shortly after I bought my 2007 Prius and got it home, I took it out for a drive. I panicked when I stopped at a light and the engine shut off. I used to stall my 1990 Tercel as I was learning how to use its manual transmission. Then I realized the Prius is supposed to do that. I never even notice it on my 2017 Prius.
