The battery on my Pixel 6 recently bulged. I was able to buy a new battery + all the tools and parts necessary to replace it from iFixit, for ~$50 ($62 with tax and shipping). I was able to replace the battery in my Pixel 6 myself. Don't get me wrong; there is a lot of fair criticism of Google. But I was much happier paying $62 for a battery replacement than ~$300 for a used replacement phone. (Fairphone is not available in the USA.) My laptop is now a Framework. I haven't had anything break on it yet, but I can buy parts from Framework and fix it myself.

@420sakura1 You clearly missed the line in my comment, "Don't get me wrong; there is a lot of fair criticism of Google." I am not a fanboy of any company, including Google. That is much more than I can say of someone who sees this video and excuses all of Apple's design issues, so much so that they comment on Apple's supposed "Privacy" which was also partially debunked in this very same video! Also, I have a BS in computer science + decades of IT industry experience. I do not need to listen to some "teens" nor to some Apple fanboy to know about "Sata [sic, I think you mean Data] Protection".
