Best Buy is the worst. One time I ordered a new hard drive to be picked up at the store. I went to the store, showed them my order number, ID, and credit card. They handed me a bag with the new hard drive. I never even went into the main part of the store. I only went to the customer service counter near the front of the store. As I walked out, the security thug demanded my receipt. I said, "No thank you," and kept walking out. He shouted, "SUSPICION OF SHOPLIFTING!!!" I was not detained. He was lying. I do not shop at Best Buy anymore.
