  2. People with gunshot wounds, when they don't affect major organs, will often die from excessive blood loss. Some of these people can survive if emergency medical teams can reach them to stop the blood loss and provide tourniquets and pressure, IV fluids, needed medications, and transfusions. But every minute counts. If the cowardly police had gone in and killed the terrorist right away, then EMTs could have gotten to these victims and some of them could have possibly survived being shot. The police helped murder these kids.
