  1. This explained very little about the risk calculation with regards to the costs and benifits of supporting Russia in Ukraine. Does Iran have specific interests in helping Russia, with regards to what Russia may provide? Their drones won't turn the tide of the war and are unlikely to damage American resources. Is it just about making a buck from selling arms? Why did it take until now? The Russian drone shortage has been an element for quite some time. Did Russia not try to buy drones from Iran before?
