  21.  @vincentgallagher7562  Russia invaded and cannot leave this war without something it can present as a victory to its populace. Any peace where Ukrainian sovereign territory is given up is unaccaptable and would set a dangerous precedent. A rule based order only works if countries enforce the rules and punish those violating them. Russia has broken alot of rules during this war.
