  20. While I love the analysis, Legal Eagle projects the American justice system to much on stories that do not take palce in the US. He did the same, in part for becuase of his advertisers, when he claimed that wearing a Starfleet Uniform to trial in Star Trek was somehow not formal, which he stated twice infact. He aslo made alot of assumtions about monologueing that could easily not apply to the legal system.
