  1. Here are the changes needed: 1. Kick all the bed blockers out of hospital, if they don't need that hospital bed they shouldn't have it. 2. Stop forcing GPs to waste a large percentage of their time on nut jobs. It might also encourage more doctors to consider becoming a GP. 3. Don't squander NHS resources on alcoholics and drug fiends: they brought it on themselves. The NHS wasted resources drying out my brother. Within weeks of being sent home he was back on the bottle, and dead a few months later.
