  1. These lawyers shouldn't just be branded a disgrace. If they are knowingly helping people submit false claims then this is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE for which they should be JAILED. The Law Society should also strike them off. Of course when it comes to punishing the wrongdoing of its members the Law Society has about as much bite as a castrated poodle heavily dosed up on sedatives.
