  1. The question that keeps coming back to me is why was he running from the police in the first place? If someone lawfully going about their business is killed that is very wrong. If someone dies in the act of committing a crime, or trying to escape the consequences, then I can live with that. I'm truly sick of hearing criminals' families say what a lovely chap he was.
