  1. The tslk started off and it seemed like just another neocon talking about the imaginary problems that he wants us to be scared of (immigration, terrorism, war, *rolls eyes*). But by the last 1/3 of the talk he had me seeing his point & agreeing. Cities are where the problems primarily are, and are the locations where the leaders (mayors) are the most assessable, accountable, and transparent to the democratic public. So is this what they mean by "think global, act local"?
