The lies of the Chinese Communist Party are to blame. This is not the first time as well, they apologised for not warning the world about SARS back in 2004. The WHO must also take responsibility for promoting Communist lies and accusing those who shut borders were racist. The WHO decided to call this a pandemic weeks after the world realised it was a pandemic. Finally the EU should take it's fair share of blame. As late as March 16th Ursula von de Leyen stated that the only way to fight this virus was with free movement and open borders.
