  3.  md ziden  the Patriot missile is the ONLY system that had intercepted ballistic missiles, sure it's not a 100% success rate but it was never made to intercept ballistic missiles. The Pac-3 is effective as it was demonstrated on Iraq. The Russians have yet to use the S-400 in real world scenarios or even release proof that they can indeed intercept ballistic missiles.
