  1. BTW, if these young black males DON'T have the money and ARE convicted; does it become a stat? What if, they were INNOCENT and didn't have the money; does THAT become a stat? Also, do cops NEED a body, under 'suspicion of murder?' Research that one, plz. OR, do you have to prove, you didn't kill someone; missing, suicide, accidental death, IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE/a cop did it, etc...
