  2. ImpEx You don't know if they are coming back to do more harm to him with a gun or more guys. If the attackers don't want to be "attacked" they shouldn't have started it!! They should not get off scott-free anymore they are still a threat until they are put down or in custody.

  3. Sebi99p If you were the attacker you lost any right to self defense even if the victim comes after you after you disengage because you are still a threat. Unless you are subdued or in custody you lost any claims of self-defense on yourself from others.
