  2. "This is why they can't have nice things" FIFY The rest of the world, despite its problems, can still function better than any sub-Saharan country. I'd rather be in Syria, Eastern Ukraine, Yemen, Afghanistan, or borderland Mexico before even thinking about being in Africa.
