  1. Gerhard Braatz Did you miss the part about the prison industrial complex? They make money off cheap labor which is more lucrative. The CIA gets to make money off the books to fund its black ops without Congressional oversight. Local police departments get asset forfeiture to fund themselves. DEA gets to justify its existence. The court system has a never ending supply of clients. And all of these entities get off on having power over us. The drug war is about power and money for the swamp and deep state. They only hide behind "morality" to justify their tyranny.
