  1.  @monkeybusiness1999  Because Asians are heavily ingrained with Confucian teachings and culture. Never question authority, never stick out, always conform, always obey. That and coupled with the fact mainland China has never known democracy or freedom being ruled by one authoritarian after another and the only time the Chinese people tried to do it was 1989 Tiananmen Square and we all saw how that turned out.
