I don't know where you're from but in Europe the young are doing most of the work while their coworkers that are in their thirties and forties are lazy gaslighters that just end up taking credit for the work done due to their advantage of having been at the company two or three years longer than the twenty-something year old lad, and then slandering him behind his back to the immediate superior. That being said, people that are fifty, sixty years old are surprisingly chill to work with. Do you have the same experience with 30-40 year olds? I wonder if they're acting so entitled everywhere or it's just where I'm living.
