for a foreigner, yes Ruble ROE is nice for tourists. Russians always need to watch their back if some officer of military recruiting service is walking behind you. The economy problems, no freedom of speech, no free elections, population decrease, brain drain, infrastructure falling apart etc etc for a day or two you can be blinded by nice christmas lights, but not for longer

@juliap.5375 you are lacking basic understanding of economy. companies need money from bank to finance projects, otherwise stagnation is there. in a nutshell. your "kitchen" economy is ot working
