For Indian culture, once they cried or shouted or talked about something, for them, that thing is done, they are happy about what they said, then they just forget about it, then do the same, after a wonderful dream in their slums without AC and played with their rats, the next day is the same, ...this tradition lasted for thousands of years, never changed, and will never change. .........during the process, they were ruled by all kinds of foreign intruders, and .......grabbed, $45 trillion by British alone. ...but hey, .that is life. for them 🙂

Yes, As she asked, "Whose fault is it?" For the current situation, which began with the 2017 Doklam incident, India did not attempt dialogue first. Without any warning, India directly deployed its army into Doklam, an area that is not even within its jurisdiction, as India itself recognizes it as Bhutanese territory. To complicate matters further, India's involvement in Doklam was, at best, an attempt to assist Bhutan. However, India's military intervention occurred on July 17th, 2017, while Bhutan's delayed protest, likely under pressure from India, only emerged on July 29th. So, you tell me, whose fault is it?
Moving forward to 2020, on June 15th, video footage aired on this channel clearly depicted 600-700 Indian army personnel initiating an attack on the Chinese side. This action ultimately failed, adding to a pattern of failures. So, you tell me, whose fault is it?
