  1. Palki's red line is ultimatum for China not 3 pre-conditions, such as number 3, settle the boundary?? whose?? In India's stand, the whole Aksai chin is India's, China thinks it is all China's, so how can that be the pre-condition?? That was actually the cause of this conflict, since 370, India stated they want the whole Aksai chin back, that is why China started to build up the military at the LAC in Ladakh in the first place. Amit Shah, insisted in the Indian Parliament that both Pakistani-controlled Kashmir and Chinese-controlled Aksai Chin belonged to India.
