  1. people would wonder, all this are quad members , JP, Australian and the US, but where is India?? The almighty Indian navy is too preoccupied using 7000-ton destroyers to combat 100-ton Somali pirate boats. They won, much to their surprise, and they take great pride in it, relishing the victory every day. Consequently, they have no time to participate in drills to defend the Philippines.
