Keep doing what you are doing, nothing can stop China! a simple nature of law is water flow down due to gravity, China is at higher place, water come from China down to Assam and Bangladesh therefore China's controls water, this is God created geology, nobody can change it, you cannot blame God for it. :)) (may be you can, but useless) in future, after NE states get independent from India, we will help them build dams on Brahmaputra in Assam and other regions and control the flood and generate electricity for the local people to live a much better life than current with India Tibet is part China, no other country in the world can change that, All India can do is cry, sad, angry, but no action can be taken or dare to take, but only sit there and watch China building huge dams on Yaluzanbu river :)))) remember, it is useless what you think, or you want to do, what you believe, what you dream is, (such as Tibet is not part of China, etc etc......) the only thing important is what you can do, the pity fact for India is, there is nothing India can do
