Nyingchi is not a big city with only about 240000 people, not an industry city nor produce major raw materials for China, but China built bullet train to there which just made operational last month,  certainly will not get the money back just from tourism or business, the only aim is to send army and military supplies rapidly to the front line to South Tibet for the war, Nyingchi is only 16 km away from the disputed area with India, for this tiny Tibet city, why President Xi bother in his very busy schedule to have a visit in there. the  only reason is  Xi wants personally to check the readiness of PLA in the area, the war of taking back South Tibet will happen soon. this will be the first real large scale war under his leadership,  Mao was the first core leader of CCP,  Mao commanded PLA in the Korean war and 1962 war with India, Deng Xiaoping as, the second core leader of CCP, commanded (under Mao) PLA into Tibet and later in 1979 Vietnam war, now as the third generation of the core leader of CCP, President Xi will command the war to take back South Tibet and the war of unification of Taiwan."If the heaven has any sentient, it will become old fast. take justice in the real world is following the law of natural universe"
