@navaneeth4257 Eastern sector is connected with a narrow Siliguri corridor, very easily be cut off by PLA in Doklam (yes, we still in Doklam, Indian army all run away), Doklam to Siriguli corridor is 80 km, totally under the range of PLA PHL 03 long range rocket artillery (140 km to 300 km), to go to NE states first needs to go cross Teesta river,In the first wave of war, bridges on Teesta river, gajialdoba bridge and Teesta bridges (both car highway and railway bridge, Gazoldoba Barrage) will be totally destroyed, only these simple task will completely cut off the supply line to NE states (next will be the smaller bridges on Jaldhaka river, Jaldhaka bridge and Diana bridge) , impossible to go around via Bangladesh since it needs to pass cross 5-6 big rivers without bridge, Once war started, all Indian army in the NE state will be cut off of supplies , will be surrounded and eventually be totally destroyed.
unlike in Ladakh, India put many T90s tanks, in Siriguli, where India put the 33rd army corp there, mainly in a defense position, with no many tanks, the steep slope forbidden them to attack Doklam where PLA is stationed, therefore, PLA can freely use long range artillery to bomb the 33rd army corp positions day and night, no need to worry any Indian can climb up 4000 meters to PLA position at Doklam. Indian's M777 or Bufors or FH-77BD (80 km in 4000 meter higher is just too far for them) cannot reach Doklam, basically no effect way for India to fight back
